ZoekHuur Premium biedt een persoonlijke cloudshortlist, opgeslagen zoekopdrachten, privénotities en vergelijking van maximaal drie actuele woningen. Zoeken, lokale favorieten en links naar de oorspronkelijke advertenties blijven gratis. E-mailmeldingen zijn niet inbegrepen.
Maandelijks: €9,95 per maand. Jaarlijks: €79 voor het volledige jaar, direct betaald. Dit zijn de totale geadverteerde prijzen, inclusief toepasselijke belastingen. Het abonnement wordt automatisch verlengd voor dezelfde gekozen periode totdat je opzegt. Er is geen betaalde proefperiode. Je kunt de volgende verlenging stoppen via Mijn account → Abonnement en facturen beheren; toegang blijft tot het einde van de betaalde periode, behoudens terugbetaling of betalingsproblemen.
Je hebt als consument in beginsel 14 dagen na het sluiten van de overeenkomst om te herroepen. We vragen geen afstand van dat recht. Stuur binnen die termijn een ondubbelzinnige herroepingsverklaring naar akhandafm17@gmail.com, met je accountadres, bestel- of abonnementsnummer en aankoopdatum. Je kunt schrijven: “Ik herroep mijn overeenkomst voor ZoekHuur Premium, afgesloten op [datum], op naam van [naam en accountadres].” Deze informatie beperkt je wettelijke rechten niet. Voor een herroeping verwerken we de toepasselijke terugbetaling en stoppen we het abonnement.
Wij garanderen geen huurwoning, bezichtiging, voorrang of exclusieve toegang tot advertenties. Een abonnement verleent geen publicatierechten op woningen. Je cloudgegevens blijven na opzegging beschikbaar voor inzage, downloaden en verwijdering; nieuwe cloudwijzigingen vereisen Premium. Neem voor accountverwijdering of klachten contact op via het bovenstaande adres.

Premium includes cloud searches and shortlists, private notes and comparison of up to three currently available homes. Basic search, local favourites and original listing links stay free. Email alerts are not included.
Monthly: €9.95 per month. Annual: €79 charged in full upfront for one year. These are the advertised total prices including applicable taxes. Your subscription automatically renews for the selected period until cancelled. There is no paid trial. Stop future renewals through My account → Manage subscription and invoices. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to refunds or payment problems.
Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw. We do not request a waiver. Email akhandafm17@gmail.com with an unambiguous withdrawal statement, your account email, order/subscription reference and purchase date. Example: “I withdraw from my ZoekHuur Premium contract concluded on [date], in the name of [name and account email].” This information does not limit statutory rights. We process the applicable refund and stop the subscription following withdrawal.
No home, viewing, priority or exclusive listings are guaranteed. After cancellation your cloud data remains readable, downloadable and removable; new cloud changes require Premium. Contact us for account deletion or complaints.

L’accès continue normalement jusqu’à la fin de la période payée, sous réserve d’un remboursement ou d’un problème de paiement.
Les consommateurs disposent en principe de 14 jours à compter de la conclusion du contrat pour se rétracter. Nous ne demandons aucune renonciation. Envoyez une déclaration non équivoque à akhandafm17@gmail.com, avec votre e-mail de compte, référence de commande ou d’abonnement et date d’achat. Exemple : « Je me rétracte de mon contrat ZoekHuur Premium conclu le [date], au nom de [nom et e-mail du compte]. » Vos droits légaux restent applicables. Nous effectuons le remboursement applicable et arrêtons l’abonnement après rétractation.
Aucun logement, visite, priorité ou annonce exclusive n’est garanti. Après résiliation, vos données restent consultables, téléchargeables et supprimables ; les nouvelles modifications dans le cloud nécessitent Premium. Contactez-nous pour supprimer votre compte ou déposer une réclamation.
